A Resource Mine provides Quick access to resources within your environments, that are nicely organized and strategically placed on IT KASM Pages. These are typically list of links, similar to Bookmarks.
Examples of Resource lists are:
Support Documentation - Links off to Wiki Documents
Group/Department Resources - Links to Dashboards, consoles, tools provided by other groups
Special Interests - Links to Conferences, training, local eateries, events, etc...
Company Information - Links to Benefits sites, payroll, timesheets, Travel, etc...
Support Tools - Links to Dashboards, consoles, ticketing systems, monitoring system.
Example Use:
An IT KASM Page consisting everything relating to a particular datacenter. A list of resources may be, links to opening tickets to get datacenter support, link to the location of the datacenter, list of datacenter assets, any only important links needed to support what is in the datacenter.
