The Asset Management is for tracking all assets within ones environment. It is highly configurable to match each individual environment.
Every Asset has an associated Profile that can contain as much or as little information as needed. Each Profile tracks the activity of an asset, and provides support Documentation.
Full system information can be added to provide complete details on an asset.
Each Profile has the ability to be cloned to a single or multiple profiles.
Profiles can utilize specific checklists for building a device and retiring a device. This is essential for maintaining standards within an organization.
There are special Actions that can be performed:
Print specific fields
Exports to Excel spreadsheets
Build a mailing list of owners
