The Vendor Mine is a Tracker Mine is disguise. It is for providing quick and accurate vendor information. There are 15 fields for tracking and can be searched when creating Mines.
Making any serious changes to Vendor Mine can break the IT KASM. There is extensive integration written into the IT KASM.
TIP: Be consistent when adding entries into your Vendor Mine and filling it with data. Example: If you put "Support" in the Department field for all HelpDesk contacts, then when creating a Kave you can extract all the Support contact info for all or some vendors.
